Online Workshop account activation:
Upon receiving your Bandit Box, a link will be sent your registered email account that provides login information for the Online Workshop. All Bandit Box clients have 30 days access to the Online Workshop. The Online Workshop has been designed to support 3 different learning levels, and consists of:
* 25+ different online activities to help build the vocabulary for understanding the monthly story
* 15+ level appropriate videos based on the theme of the box
* access to our exclusive Bandit Box math platformer computer game
* access to printable bilingual flashcards of all key vocabulary for your level
* access to all levels of the bilingual monthly story for further expansion
* 15 + product support videos to help you get the most out of your Bandit Box
* Parental access to 20 insightful videos from our Occupational Therapist, offering guidance on the items in Box 1 along with additional themes and related topics.

Free Community Chat sessions:
In addition, all clients have access to 4 x 30 minute FREE Community Chat sessions hosted weekly by a native speaker, to present something they have made from their Bandit Box in our Show What You Know sessions.
* Online sessions are 30 minutes per week.
* 4 clients of the same level per online session.
* Our facilitators are native speakers who are bilingual, to encourage clients to try and use their choice of second language during their Show What You Know presentations.
* All preparation for these sessions is done on the Online Workshop in advance.

Daily Topic Group Chats:
To support learning and build a vibrant, creative community, all clients gain access to our Daily Topic Group chats for 30 days, led by our Online Facilitators. Clients are encouraged to engage with daily content as a way to review, deepen subject knowledge, and share their own ideas. This can include posting videos, pictures, examples of activities they’ve done, or questions. Spending just a few minutes each day contributes to growth and offers a welcoming space to practice a second language with peers of similar age and skill level.
* Clients gain access to the Daily Topic Group Chats once they have received their Bandit Box

30-Minute FREE Online Family Education Psychologist Consultation:
We believe that a child’s development is holistic, and family involvement is essential for their growth. That’s why we offer a complimentary 30-minute online consultation with our registered psychologist, Katherine Chen. Sessions are available in English or Chinese and can be booked through your user profile once you receive your Bandit Box.

Parental Involvement Strongly Encouraged:
This product is crafted to inspire family connection and is most impactful when enjoyed with parental supervision regardless of your child’s age or second language proficiency. We highly recommend that parents actively participate throughout the entire Bandit Box experience, as your involvement deepens learning and strengthens family bonds.
